The 8 week wellness program is comprehensive education and a hands on program. Every week there an in depth report on what and how we move forward together. You are not alone, I do this with you and there are live zoom meeting every week. Nothing is left to chance. You will receive detailed lists of what you will be eating, how to prepare and when to eat. Each participant has their needs fulfilled. Understanding what and how and why of food is interesting and educational.
